Director of Sales & Marketing / Business

Vidazoo is looking for an experienced Director of Sales to grow our business and products internationally. As the sales lead you will be responsible for pushing company’s video advertising and tech products for brands and publishers worldwide. This is a great opportunity for CMOs/ VP Sales/ Country Managers/ Group Managers in small/mid-sized companies to take a career leap and be part of the core management of our group.

What will You Do

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead an outbound sales team
  • Own the entire sales cycle
  • Drive opportunities at the strategic and tactical level
  • Map and develop existing customers base and target prospects
  • Lead a team for driving new business opportunities (named/target prospects) through Direct Sales, Indirect and/or Agents.
  • Play a key role in establishing new strategic partnerships and serve as the liaison to channel partners with regards to any partner or sales related issues
  • Leverage Vidazoo’s business in North America and APAC including establishing new offices
  • Plan outbound activities to drive new business such as events, roundtables and conventions
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the sales pipeline remains full always
  • Evaluate and improve sales workflows as well as processes
  • Coach existing Sales Executives and drive them to excellence
  • Conduct weekly forecast meetings
  • Report on sales activities and accurately forecast all business to senior sales management
  • Monitor the team’s sales activity and track its results
  • Measure and analyze key performance metrics
  • Consistently utilize HubSpot
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas, pipelines, forecast goals and other defined objectives

What Should You have?

  • Positive and energetic attitude with ambitious, upbeat, revenue driven and super creative,
  • 5+ years of experience as a sales leader and manager for B2B or AdTech product organizations, developing SaaS Sales
  • 2+ years of proven experience in managing sales executives including recruiting & mentoring
  • Track record in overachieving quota in past positions
  • Hunter and closer by heart
  • Proven ability to meet AND exceed personal and team goals & objectives
  • Experience in managing sales forecast process providing accurate sales projections to senior management
  • Familiarity with modern SaaS Sales methodologies and organizational structures
  • Experience in selling complex advertising products and solutions (ideally video)
  • Experience in managing remote employees
  • Past business experience in North America, Japan, Australia, China and Europe
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Demonstrable experience as a Sales Director, developing client-focused, differentiated business relations
  • Ability to work independently, plan workload and deliver on commitments
  • Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence others
  • English – Native or high level of fluency
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Willingness to travel (up to 33%)
