Publisher Development Manager / Business

Vidazoo is looking for an experienced Publisher Recruiter to be part of its Direct Publishers Team. The future Vidazooer will oversee identifying, contacting and negotiating business opportunities with premium websites, internet companies as well as media companies worldwide.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Being accountable for personal new money targets
  • Finding and recruiting potential clients
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from inception to deal closing, including lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiating and contract signing
  • Working with HubSpot to build a solid sales pipeline
  • Maintaining and managing on-going accounts to tap into their fullest potential
  • Representing Vidazoo in conferences across the globe
  • Working closely with the AdOps team to find more business opportunities for your clients


  • Native English speaker (Additional languages are a plus!) – A MUST
  • Past experience from sales in the AdTech industry- MUST!
  • A highly motivated team player able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Hardworking, independent, proactive and result-driven
  • Internet proficient
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented - MUST
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Well-rounded negotiation skills- Must!
  • BS/BA degree – A substantial advantage
