Vidazoo is searching for a talented, motivated and experienced Talent Recruiter to join our Tel-Aviv office.
As Vidazoo’s Recruiter, you will take a significant part in the company’s growth and success by owning the hiring activity through having end-to-end responsibility of the recruitment cycle, bringing in the best talent as well as creating & supporting our company’s culture.
- Be responsible for full-cycle recruitment processes for Tech, Business and Marketing oriented positions in the company: talent recruitment, LinkedIn sourcing, Head-Hunting, CV screening, phone & onsite interviews as well as reference checks.
- Develop various assessment processes for accurate and successful candidate profiling in the form of: personality tests, evaluation days, home and onsite tasks, use cases exams, etc.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and urgencies and execute accordingly in a timely manner, while communicating regularly to ensure a high-quality talent acquisition.
- Creatively recruit top-notch candidates and maintain a strong, consistent pipeline of talent, while executing a meaningful candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns, by utilizing social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
What will you need to succeed?
- 1- 2 years of high-tech, business or marketing recruitment experience (Agency experience is relevant as well)- a must
- Experience in sourcing, especially with social media and digital marketing channels– a must!
- B. A in Social Science/Behavioral Science or equivalent
- Fluent English, both verbal and written -mandatory
- Excellent communication skills, passionate about recruitment & talent acquisition.
- Autodidact, agile, and comfortable with a fast-paced startup environment.
- Results oriented with a competitive drive for success, proactive and a team player.
- Available for full-time employment.
