About the position:
Perform traffic management, including implementation, testing, deployment, delivery, and optimization of ad campaigns from direct clients and ad networks.
Optimize deal performance by recommending and enacting adjustments to inventory and campaign delivery components.
Serve as primary operations point of contact to new and existing partners on technical issues, general maintenance, and performance reports.
Determine best practice for tagging and reporting campaign performance per client priorities, strategies and KPIs.
Schedule, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across different platforms and devices with a focus on clear communication. Ensures that campaigns leverage data, serve, track and report correctly from a technical perspective.
Function as a contributor for cross-functional projects and initiatives, liaising across Engineering, Product, Account Managers and Business Development.
Manage relationships with publishers, media vendors, and third party vendors to maximize the performance of existing buys and stay current with new products/features.
Continually test and evaluate new strategies, tactics, and partnerships in an effort to evolve and improve our products offering.
Work with product teams to provide user acceptance testing support for new product releases to ensure they are operationally scalable ahead of release.
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Science or related field.
Extremely accurate and thorough during set up, monitoring and optimization of processes.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and efficient time-management skills.
Self learner with high attention to details.
Strong Excel skills and the ability to manage & analyze large sets of data.
Strong verbal/written communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
